After meeting your guide we make our way to the popular town of Hartbeespoortdam lovingly known as
Harties. Today we will travel with the cable car up the mountain.
After our visit at the cable car, we will make our way to the quaint town of Dullstroom where we will
book into the guesthouse. We will travel 270km from Hartbeespoortdam.
Dinner at the very famous Mrs Simpson’s restaurant. Each tour member to pay for their own meal.
30 March - 1 April 2022
After breakfast you will have time to explore the town of Dullstroom. You might want to do a whiskey
tasting or buy locally made cheese from the shops.
Later in the afternoon we will make our way to Bird
of Prey sanctuary and Rehabilitation centre and if we are lucky and the weather is ideal, we will also see
the birds in flight.
Thereafter we travel 114km to Pilgrims Rest.
1 April - 2 April 2022
Leaving after an early breakfast we will go to the gorgeous Gorge Lift in Graskop. We will go with the lift
down into the gorge to see the nature. You will be able to see the swing bridge and shop at the curio
shops.
During the afternoon we will return to Pilgrims Rest.
2 April - 3 April 2022
After breakfast we will visit the Alanglade Museum, the Forest Industry museum, whereafter you will
have time to explore the historic town of Pilgrims Rest.
During the afternoon we will depart to our next destination of Bela-Bela 350 km away.
3 April 2022
Leaving our guest house early after breakfast, we will visit the L’Ambri Farm Shop and Brewery for a
little bit of tasting and shopping whereafter we will leave for Rustenburg (206km).
